Site Overview and Progress

The layout of the Governor's Pointe community follows the theme of English villages and Colonial Williamsburg. The aerial view below shows some of the construction progress of homes in the village of Oxfordshire, which is now sold out.

Wooded and cul-de-sac lots are available with lakes, marshes and protected wetlands surrounding the villages.

Along the Nansemond River there are a select few waterfront lots still available for the construction of your new home.

Lakes and fountains maintain the integrity of the property's natural assets. Warwickshire features many building lots on a 7-acre freshwater lake. Some homes will border the professionally landscaped community rose garden, all retaining the English garden feel.
